For Construction Leaders
The Leadership Blind Spot Review

How do the people you lead actually see you?

Get anonymous 360° feedback from the people around you, uncover your biggest leadership blind spots, and walk through the results in a private 45-minute debrief.

Normally $499. Four offered each month at no cost.

Why this matters

You already know what you think of your leadership.

The harder question is whether the people around you would describe it the same way. That gap is where the most useful feedback usually lives.

How it works

Three simple steps.

This is not a generic online quiz. It is a full 360° review built for construction leaders and based on feedback from the people who actually work with you.

1

You rate yourself

You complete the assessment based on how you believe you currently lead and communicate.

2

Others rate you anonymously

You invite 5–10 coworkers, peers, direct reports, or supervisors to give honest feedback on the same behaviors.

3

We review the gaps

You receive a personalized report, then we spend 45 minutes identifying strengths, blind spots, and the most useful next steps.

What gets measured

57 leadership behaviors. Not vague leadership theory.

The review looks at the day-to-day behaviors that shape how people experience you as a leader.

Active Listening
Difficult Conversations
Emotional Intelligence
Coaching Others
Humility
Influencing Others
Vulnerability
Accountability & Follow-Through
You will be able to see where your self-rating lines up with everyone else — and where it does not.
What you receive

You will leave knowing what to work on.

The goal is not to give you a giant report and tell you “good luck.” The goal is to turn the feedback into a practical development plan.

Your top strengths

See the leadership behaviors the people around you consistently experience as strengths.

Your biggest blind spots

Identify areas where others see something different than you do or where your behavior may be holding you back.

Your next steps

Choose the few changes that will make the biggest difference instead of trying to improve everything at once.

Andy Bergmann of Mavix Coaching
Who is behind this?

Built by someone who has worked inside construction.

Mavix Coaching helps construction leaders communicate clearly, handle hard conversations, hold people accountable, and lead without creating unnecessary drama.

I’m Andy Bergmann, founder of Mavix Coaching. Before coaching construction leaders, I worked in construction in roles ranging from the shop to project support, project management, and HR. The tools I teach are built for the conversations owners, PMs, supers, foremen, and other construction leaders actually have at work.

Practical, not corporate.

This isn’t generic leadership theory. The focus is on real behaviors: listening, setting expectations, handling pushback, giving feedback, coaching people, staying calm under pressure, and having the conversations most leaders would rather avoid.

FAQ

Common questions

Is the feedback really anonymous?

Yes. The goal is to make it easier for people to give honest feedback without putting anyone in an awkward position.

Who should I invite to give me feedback?

Invite 5–10 people who see your leadership in action. That may include direct reports, peers, coworkers, your manager, or other leaders.

How long does the process take?

You complete your portion, invite your feedback group, and once enough responses are in, your report is prepared. We then meet for a private 45-minute debrief.

Is there a sales pitch at the end?

I promise I’m not going to force a pitch on you. Mavix Coaching trains construction leaders to communicate better in the role they’re already in. If, after reviewing your results, I genuinely think one of our coaching or training options could help, I’ll show you what we offer and why I think it could be useful. If I don’t see a serious fit, I won’t try to sell you anything.

Why are you offering this at no cost?

Mavix Coaching works specifically with construction leaders on communication, difficult conversations, accountability, and leadership development. This gives qualified leaders a useful look at where they are today and lets us show the value of the work before asking for a larger commitment.

You cannot improve a blind spot you cannot see.

Get honest feedback from the people around you, see how your leadership is actually experienced, and leave with a practical plan for what to improve next.
